Qualifications:
Active RN license, unencumbered Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Proficient with cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment Strong critical thinking and communication skills Adaptable to varying patient volumes and acuity levels
Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for assigned patients Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and recovery Respond quickly to changes in patient condition, escalating as appropriate Maintain accurate charting and documentation
