Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds
  • 8 Number of Staff
  • 3 Type of staff: Day Shift
  • ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 2RN and 1 PCT Night Shift
  • 2RN and 1 PCT Patient Ratios
  • 1:4 Type of equipment
  • EKG, bipap/cpap, heated high flow, cardiac respiratory monitor EMR
  • Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience
ALS, BLS & NIH
Dysrhythmia interpretation Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. BSN Leadership such as relief charge List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardiac monitoring, medication management and respiratory support Post surgical care and blood transfusions Best personality
