Required Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license At least one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience Current BLS certification (and ACLS preferred) Strong critical thinking and time management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Collaborate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals Monitor patient status and oversee medication administration Document patient conditions accurately and promptly Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes
