Business Hours:

Monday-Friday:

6:00 AM•6:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM•4:30

PM Schedule Requirements:

Candidates must have flexibility to work 12-hour shifts if needed and be available to work Saturdays.

Position Summary:

The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the care of pediatric clients according to individualized care plans. This role includes direct patient care, collaboration with healthcare providers and community resources, family education, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for children.

Qualifications:

Current RN license (Kentucky or compact state) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Pediatric experience preferred CPR/BLS certification required Current TB test required Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate pediatric patient care plans Provide direct patient care, treatments, and medication administration Educate and support patients and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams

Physical Requirements:
