As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you'll play a key role at the bedside, implementing evidence-based care while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team. The role puts you in the center of fast-paced care environments where critical thinking, adaptability, and compassionate patient-centered focus are highly valued.

Travel assignment with flexible scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments, considering each individual's culture, age, and developmental level Obtain and verify critical health information, creating prioritized problem lists with input from the inter-professional team Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans and interventions based on evidence-based practices and patient needs Explain treatments and care procedures clearly to patients and families, supporting their understanding and comfort Recognize, respond to, and effectively communicate changes in patient conditions Delegate and oversee team members to ensure accurate and complete delivery of patient care Facilitate timely discharge processes, coordinate with Case Management, and provide patient-centered education Engage in quality improvement activities to promote patient safety, satisfaction, and nursing excellence
Desired Experience & Skills:
Active RN license and
BLS/ACLS
certification Emergency Room experience preferred Proficient assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt and collaborate in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
