Schedule/Hours:

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend required 36/48-hour bi-weekly schedule

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years recent LTACH experience Experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or ICU required (1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios) Active KY or compact RN license

Certifications:

AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH

Stroke Certification Proficiency with Meditech EMR Valid driver's license Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient care in a complex LTAC/Telemetry setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Monitor, assess, and document patient progress using Meditech EMR Respond effectively to emergent and critical situations Flexibly adapt to shift needs, including every other weekend
