Schedule:

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Every other weekend coverage Rotating 36/48 hour bi-weekly schedule

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of current LTACH nursing experience required Additional experience in MS/Telemetry or ICU settings preferred Active Kentucky or compact RN license

AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH

Stroke certification required Experience with

MEDITECH EMR

a plus Must reside at least 75 miles from Hyden, KY Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate patient care in a long-term acute and telemetry setting Safely manage a 1:4 patient ratio Collaborate with teams to support patient progress and care plans Document meticulously using Meditech EMR Adhere to established clinical protocols and facility guidelines
