Full Job Description Job Overview:

Lexington Integrative Sports Medicine (LISM) is launching a high-performance, value-based private practice blending Direct Primary Care (DPC), sports medicine, and advanced recovery therapies. We are seeking a tech-savvy, forward-thinking Primary Nurse Copilot to manage our clinical workflows, patient experience, and operational infrastructure. Forget traditional, volume-heavy clinical charting or satisfying arbitrary corporate metrics. In this role, you will leverage your foundational nursing values to provide elite patient care, ensuring every member feels genuinely welcomed and clinically supported. Working directly alongside a triple-board-certified physician in Family, Sports, and Integrative Medicine, you will act as the operational anchor for a highly stable, deeply engaged panel of 360 mature members.

Core Responsibilities Digital Triage & Workflow Automation:

Monitor and pre-screen patient communications within the Spruce platform. Utilize our integrated automation tools to streamline member conversion funnels and safely triage incoming messages.

Clinical Care Coordination:

Manage the practice's morning priority acute sports injury blocks and coordinate the virtual standby clinic queue via the Jane App. Under physician supervision, safely coordinate clinical fracture care/immobilization workflows, including casting, splinting application, and simple wound dressings.

Patient Onboarding & Funnel Management:

Review incoming practice inquiries via our Jotform and automated pipelines. Personally guide prospective patients through their personalized DPC rate summaries, onboarding workflows, and initial care-establishment appointments.

Specialized Clinical Tracking:

Conduct structured nurse telehealth check-ins for active tracking within our dedicated Concussion Recovery and Return-to-Play packages. Similarly, you will lead our specialized 2-week clinical check-in protocols for patients navigating advanced regenerative medicine and ortho-biologic procedures.

Ethical Practice Compliance:

Implement pre-formatted, airtight clinical templates to handle digital and public inquiries safely, strictly maintaining the boundary between public health education and individual clinical treatment.
