00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities Role The Ageless Center is a growing wellness and medical aesthetics clinic focused on helping clients feel confident, healthy, and energized through customized wellness and weight loss programs. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and grow the weight loss and wellness side of the business. This is not simply a clinical role — we are looking for someone who is passionate about client transformation, confident in sales conversations, and excited to help clients commit to long-term wellness programs and packages. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable guiding clients through consultations, treatment recommendations, accountability coaching, and ongoing program retention. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both patient care and the business growth side of wellness. Responsibilities Conduct wellness and weight loss consultations while building trust and strong client relationships Educate clients on weight loss programs, peptides, supplements, memberships, packages, and treatment recommendations Convert consultations into active clients through confident and relationship-focused sales conversations Provide ongoing accountability coaching, follow-up communication, and support to improve long-term client success and retention Perform clinical responsibilities within scope of practice including injections, vitals, charting, and documentation Support clinic growth through rebooking, retention efforts, social media participation, and overall client experience Requirements Active and unrestricted Kentucky RN license Strong sales ability with confidence discussing pricing, wellness plans, packages, memberships, and treatment recommendations Previous experience in weight loss, wellness, hormone therapy, aesthetics, medspa, or client-facing healthcare preferred Excellent communication and consultation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Positive, energetic, and growth-minded attitude with a passion for helping clients achieve real results Results (KPIs) Monthly revenue production goal of $40,000
