Travel assignment; exact shifts may vary based on department needResponsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress. Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment, administer medications, and document all care provided. Serve as a resource and active collaborator within a supportive, high-performance care team. Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families to advocate for patient needs.Preferred Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid in Kentucky or compact states Minimum one year of recent ICU nursing experience highly preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, organizational, and critical-thinking skills Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBenefits and Travel Perks:
