Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Flexible 8-hour or 12-hour shifts May include some weekends and on-call rotations
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license (state licensure or compact preferred) Previous Operating Room experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and surgical teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative phases Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs Document care accurately in accordance with facility standards Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all infection control protocols
