We are seeking a skilled, personable, and sales-minded Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) to join our team full-time. This role combines advanced injectable treatments with consultation, relationship-building, treatment planning, and client retention. The ideal candidate is confident in both clinical skills and sales conversations, understands how to build trust with clients, and is passionate about helping clients achieve long-term aesthetic and wellness goals. Responsibilities Conduct consultations and create customized treatment plans based on client goals and facial assessment Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers while maintaining the highest safety standards Educate clients on treatment options, pricing, memberships, packages, skincare, and ongoing treatment recommendations Build strong client relationships that support retention, rebooking, referrals, and overall clinic growth Maintain accurate charting, documentation, before-and-after photos, and treatment records Support clinic marketing efforts through social media participation, content creation, and overall client engagement Requirements Active and unrestricted Kentucky RN license Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience preferred Certification and hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers required Strong sales ability with confidence recommending treatment plans, packages, memberships, and retail products Excellent communication and consultation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Positive, professional, team-oriented mindset with a passion for aesthetics, client experience, and continued learning Results (KPIs) Appointment utilization goal of 80% or higher Package sales goal of 20% of total generated revenue Retail sales goal of 20% of total generated revenue Patient retention rate goal of 80% or higher Strong client satisfaction, referrals, and rebooking percentages Accurate documentation, professionalism, and contribution to clinic growth and team culture Rewards (Pay & Benefits) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Employee discounts on products and services Ongoing professional development and training Access to advanced aesthetic treatments and technology Supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused work environment Next Steps After submitting your application through Indeed, please complete our required pre-screening survey using the link below: Applications will not be fully considered until the survey has been completed.
