  • Louisville, KY Night Shift | 36 Hours/Week | 13-Week Contract 6:45pm - 7:15pm, Every Other Weekend Required.
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Telemetry assignment in Louisville, KY. The RN will provide safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes. This position offers opportunities for both local and travel nurses.

Epic Weekly Hours:
36 Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments according to established policies and patient needs. Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care. Monitor patient responses to treatment and document clinical outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Provide patient and family education regarding care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions. Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Serve as a mentor/preceptor to nursing staff as needed. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and service excellence initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient RN experience required. Previous Telemetry experience strongly preferred. Epic EMR experience required. Education Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN). Licensure & Certifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS Certification required. NIHSS Certification required.
Pay:
$2,150.00 - $2,250.00 per week Application Question(s): Do you have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license? Do you have at least 2 years of acute inpatient RN experience? Do you have recent Telemetry nursing experience? Do you have a current BLS certification? Do you have a current NIHSS certification? Do you have experience using Epic EMR?
