  • Diagnosis of medical problems and physical examinations. 3) Treatment, medication maintenance, and therapeutic rehabilitation. 4)
  • Psychopharmacology (prescriptive activities). 5)
  • Administer injectable medications as prescribed.
6) Provide limited individual, family and group educational sessions for outpatient clients as assigned. 7) Prepare treatment plans, write goals, and objectives as needed or required. 8) Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team. 9) Participate in staff conferences. 10) May be required to work an altered schedule and provide coverage as scheduled by the Clinical Director. 11) Participate in the Emergency "on-call" service for the medical service. 12) Cooperate/collaborate with other entities (re: wellness initiatives) to foster good community relations. 13) Interpret lab and diagnostic testing to improve client/patient health outcomes. 14) Input prescription information. 15) Work with a continuum of clients in age from children to geriatric and with any/all presenting symptoms in the outpatient setting. 16) Provide Health Education training to clients individually. 17) Perform intake health exams/screenings on all clients assigned. 18) Compile/maintain all data associated with assigned client's physical care. 19) Maintain up-to-date client medical records by submitting timely and complete notes reflecting any/all services and levels of service to clients. 20) Other duties as required/assigned.
