Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing support and care coordination for individuals receiving outpatient mental health services. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and committed to improving the lives of those living with mental health or substance use conditions. This position will report to the William H. Fuller Center in Mayfield, KY, however, may provider nursing support at several of our FRBH locations throughout the region. Responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and monitor client health status Administer medications and provide medication education Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals Coordinate care and assist with treatment planning Monitor and document client progress accurately and timely Provide crisis intervention support as needed Educate clients and families on wellness, medications, and treatment plans Maintain compliance with agency policies and healthcare regulations Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky Experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or community health nursing required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment CPR certification preferred Compassionate, professional, and person-centered approach to care Must Meet at least one of the following educational/experience requirements: • MS in Nursing with a specialty in psychiatric or mental health nursing. No experience required. • BS in Nursing and one year experience in a mental health setting. A graduate of a three-year educational program with two years of experience in a mental health setting. A graduate of a two-year educational program (Associate degree) with three years of experience in a mental health setting.
