We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Surgical RN to join our compassionate and skilled team. Position Summary The Surgical RN is responsible for providing direct patient care in the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases of dermatologic surgical procedures. This role ensures adherence to clinical protocols, promotes patient safety, and supports physicians and surgical teams throughout procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures Assist with patient assessment, admission, and discharge processes Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are prepared and sterilized Assist with laundry services preparing linens including patient gowns and scrubs Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition Accurately document nursing care, lidocaine administered, and patient responses Follow all infection control and safety protocols in accordance with ASC and regulatory guidelines set forth by our accreditation company Collaborate with the surgeon, mid-level providers, and fellow staff to ensure efficient surgical workflow Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care instructions Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility policies Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current and active RN license in the State of Kentucky Current CPR certification (BLS) Strong references reflecting ethical behavior and leadership ability Proficient in written, verbal, and telephone communication in

English Preferred:
