Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for practice in Kentucky Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry technology BLS and ACLS certifications required
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate telemetry nursing care to a variety of patients Monitor cardiac and vital sign telemetry data, intervening promptly as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans Educate patients and families on treatment, medications, and ongoing care Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in medical records Uphold hospital safety and infection control standards
