  • Emergency Department experience.
  • Current BLS and any additional facility-required certifications before start.
  • Ability to assess patients quickly, prioritize care, and work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
  • Ability to complete credentialing requirements before start. About the Emergency Department Registered Nurse Role
  • Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Assess patient needs, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate care with providers and the clinical team.
  • Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice and facility policy.
  • Document care accurately and support safe, timely patient flow through the department.
