Job Description

Job Title:
RN - Medical /
Surgical-DAYS Position Overview:
We are seeking five qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Medical/Surgical unit. This is a full-time, day-shift position with an immediate start date of May 11, 2026. The role involves practicing independently, providing routine and complex patient care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately. Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding health conditions and treatments. Make appropriate clinical decisions and delegate tasks to care providers as needed. Demonstrate leadership qualities aligned with applicable competencies.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. BLS certification from AHA is required. Experience in a Basic Medical/Surgical unit preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Ability to effectively handle complex patient cases and adapt to evolving clinical situations.
Work Schedule:
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, full-time availability.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate:
$58.29 per hour. Benefits include competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses.
