Experience:
1+ year in MedSurg or similar specialty preferred
Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:
$58.29/hour (plus applicable differentials & stipends if available) Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2), including comprehensive health coverage Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide direct patient care for post-surgical, neuro, and general medical-surgical patients Conduct ongoing assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols Monitor patient reactions and manage any side effects or complications Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EPIC experience is a bonus) Educate patients and families about care plans and medication management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes What You Need Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred) RN license in State or Compact License BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) At least 1 year of related clinical experience in MedSurg or similar setting (preferred) Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed About the Assignment This nursing role is based on a dynamic unit focusing on post-surgical and neuro patient care.
