Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$58.96/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in compliance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide direct patient care on a dedicated telemetry unit, managing patients with cardiac conditions such as MI, CHF, arrhythmias, and PVD Monitor ECGs, administer medications, and respond to emergency situations swiftly Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care Educate patients and families about condition management and post-discharge care Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards, including floating to different units as needed Maintain optimal nurse-to-patient ratios (generally 5:1, occasionally 6:1) What You Need Required RN license in the state of employment or a compact license BLS certification from
AHA ACLS
certification from AHA 1+ years of recent nursing experience in telemetry or similar setting Ability to work night shifts and complete 12-hour shifts Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Experience with cardiac monitoring and emergency protocols Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a telemetry unit within a leading hospital. The unit cares for patients with cardiac issues, requiring attentive monitoring and prompt response to changes in patient condition. You will work collaboratively to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery, with opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.
