What You'll Do:
Provide routine and complex nursing care for cardiac and telemetry patients Monitor patients, administer medications, and respond to changes in condition Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols Demonstrate leadership and clinical competence in a fast-paced setting
What You Need:
Required:
Valid RN license (state of employment or compact) BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in relevant specialty preferred
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience in cardiac or telemetry units Skilled in patient assessment and medication administration About the
