Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry and Telehealth to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various settings, utilizing advanced monitoring technologies and telecommunication systems. Your expertise will support patient assessment, critical care management, and coordination of care for individuals with complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in electronic health records, medical documentation, and a broad range of clinical skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed patient assessments, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms, administering medications and treatments such as IV infusions and botulinum toxin therapy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will also be responsible for triage, patient education, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
