What You Will Do:
Coordinate patient care processes including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and support services. Collect and prioritize patient health data through comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments.

Identify nursing diagnoses and determine patient-centered outcomesDevelop individualized interdisciplinary plans of care using current nursing standardsImplement nursing interventions, administer treatments and medications, and coordinate care with support servicesProvide education to patients and families and plan for dischargeEvaluate patient progress and revise plans of care accordinglyDocument all assessments, interventions, and evaluations thoroughlyConduct groups and maintain a safe therapeutic environmentAttend staffing to update treatment plansRespond appropriately to emergency seclusion and restraint situations in compliance with regulations
