Do you have a passion for mental health and a commitment to compassionate patient care?
Identify nursing diagnoses and determine patient-centered outcomesDevelop individualized interdisciplinary plans of care using current nursing standardsImplement nursing interventions, administer treatments and medications, and coordinate care with support servicesProvide education to patients and families and plan for dischargeEvaluate patient progress and revise plans of care accordinglyDocument all assessments, interventions, and evaluations thoroughlyConduct groups and maintain a safe therapeutic environmentAttend staffing to update treatment plansRespond appropriately to emergency seclusion and restraint situations in compliance with regulations
What We're Looking For:
Dedicated, compassionate RN with strong clinical judgment and communication skills1 year of psychiatric experience preferredGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent Louisiana RN licensure requiredPsychiatric-Mental Health Certification encouraged/preferredAddiction Certification encouraged/preferredFamiliarity with HIPAA and safety regulations and practices Why You'll Love Working withUs:

Coordinate patient care processes including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and support services.
