- Travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Assess learning needs and deliver patient/family teaching using appropriate strategies for diverse needs. Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources effectively within the interdisciplinary team. Use data, information, and clinical knowledge to evaluate needs and support optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate to promote customer satisfaction, team morale, and continuous improvement in professional nursing practice. Adapt communication and care approaches to meet the needs of the patient population, respecting privacy and patient preferences. Maintain awareness of applicable federal, state, and local requirements and follow all compliance standards relevant to the role. What You Need Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current RN license in state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association) Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification ACLS certification PALS certification 2+ years of RN experience Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to present information professionally Preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing Certification in a clinical specialty area About the Assignment You'll work as an RN in a fast-paced emergency setting, delivering direct patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective outcomes. You'll be responsible for applying nursing fundamentals, managing team resources, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards in an acute care environment.
