Schedule:

Full-Time - Day Shift (4/3 work week split = 84hrs per pay period)

Competitive Join Our Team & Make a Difference! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) team. In this role, you'll help patients recover, regain independence, and improve their quality of life after illness, injury, or surgery.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced rehab environment Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Educate patients and families on recovery and care plans Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Louisiana BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Experience in rehab, med-surg, or acute care preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for patient-centered care
