Job Description

Registered Nurse Location:
Boyce. LA Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Registered Nurse to support a large-scale datacenter construction project near Boyce, LA. Peak site headcount is projected to reach approximately 2,000 craft workers. This role requires a clinically strong RN capable of operating autonomously in a high-volume industrial environment. Trauma and/or emergency care experience is strongly preferred due to the remote nature of the project site. The RN will manage occupational injuries, provide first aid, conduct post-accident drug and alcohol testing, and support overall workforce health and safety. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Monday-Saturday 6:30am-5:00pm Seeking PRN/Part-time day shift Key Responsibilities Provide onsite occupational health services for construction workforce Deliver basic first aid and injury management Assess and treat work-related injuries and minor acute conditions Triage and stabilize higher-acuity injuries prior to EMS transport Conduct post-accident drug and alcohol testing (DOT compliant) Perform return-to-work evaluations and fit-for-duty determinations Maintain OSHA-compliant documentation and injury logs Collaborate with site safety leadership and project management Clinical Scope of Work Basic first aid Injury management Ability to stain eyes/remove foreign bodies strains/sprains lacerations Required Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience Prior occupational health experience strongly encouraged Emergency Room, trauma, or urgent care background preferred Experience in construction, industrial, or remote-site settings preferred Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment Strong clinical decision-making and triage capability Certifications Active RN license (Louisiana or compact eligibility) BLS (required) ACLS (preferred) DOT-BAT certification (will certify if not currently held) Ideal Candidate Profile Seasoned Occupational Health Registered Nurse Comfortable managing high workforce volumes (up to 2,000 workers onsite) Experienced in trauma triage and remote-site stabilization Strong documentation and compliance knowledge Adaptable to schedule changes and evolving construction demands
Pay:
$38.00 - $40.00 per hour
