Job Summary Join our dynamic orthopedic clinic as a Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting recovery journeys. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing services tailored to orthopedic patients, assist with surgical procedures, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your diverse nursing skills in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting Assist physicians with examinations, injections, procedures, and treatments Obtain and document patient medical histories, vitals, and assessments Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, post-procedure care, and recovery expectations Coordinate referrals, imaging, therapy, and follow-up appointments Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure excellent patient care Follow all clinic policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Previous orthopedic, surgical, or outpatient clinic experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and patient service skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment EMR experience preferred Current BLS certification required
