Job Description

Location:
Baton Rouge & surrounding areas
Setting:
LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care)
Hospital Facility Schedule:
PRN (as needed)
Shift Options:
Days:
6:00 AM - 6:00
PM Nights:
6:00 PM - 6:00
AM Shift Length:
12-hour shifts Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to medically complex patients Monitor and assess patient conditions Administer medications and treatments as ordered Work closely with interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards Requirements Active Louisiana RN license or Multistate Compact License Current American Heart BLS Certification Minimum 1 year experience in: •LTAC, Med-Surg, Or Rehab Facility What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual professionals Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Experience with high-acuity patients preferred Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
