Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN - OR)! Are you a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for surgical care? We are seeking an experienced RN to provide exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art Operating Room. What you'll need: Current RN license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification preferred Proven experience working in an OR setting and handling confidential information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to assess patient needs, delegate effectively, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Computer literacy and familiarity with healthcare software Nice to have: Leadership or supervisory experience Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., CNOR) Additional certifications or training related to perioperative nursing Preferred education and experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing Previous experience in a fast-paced surgical environment Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Other requirements: Availability to work the day shift (8 hours) Willingness to adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards Physical ability to perform heavy work and handle the physical demands of the OR environment This role offers a competitive pay rate of $61.10 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
