About Us PediaTrust provides skilled nursing care to medically fragile children who cannot attend a typical daycare. Our healthcare professionals create personalized, developmentally stimulating environments where children are able to interact and thrive. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, educational curriculum, and of course lots of fun. Our Louisiana clinics include Denham Springs, Lake Charles, Lafayette and Baton Rouge. Our Mississippi clinics include Columbus and Hattiesburg. Responsibilities The Director of Nursing is responsible for the daily supervision of all aspects of patient care to ensure compliance with each patient's plan of care. Responsible for all activities of the nursing staff and direct patient care staff to ensure compliance with current standards of accepted nursing and state regulations.
