Type:

Three-month contract

Schedule:

7/7 position (will work an average of 6 entire weeks over the span of 13 weeks) Monday

• Friday (11a
• 8P) Saturday
• Sunday (9a-9p)

Coverage Areas:

Greater Lake Charles

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to do admission visits, recertifications and death/discharges.
• Case management
• Ability to work independently and take patient medications, ordering supplies, ensuring all their needs are met and arefortable.
• Manage home hospice patients.

Qualifications:

• Current RN License in Louisiana
• Home Hospice Experience
• HCHB experience is a plus
• Valid Driver's License

Pay Details:
