Essential Qualifications:
- Staff Development
FUNCTION.
- Plan an organized system of training to assist in maintaining overall staff competence to maintain individualized safety, quality of care.
- Plans and implements in-service programs for the development and improvement of the skills of facility personnel using a variety of teaching methods, presentations, materials and resources to meet the learner's needs.
- Continually assess and evaluate staff learning throughout the orientation process for modification in various teaching methods.
- Attends scheduled corporate staff development and infection control meetings.
- Plans and implements nurse aide training program in accordance with state and federal requirements.
