The OR RN provides direct and individualized care to patients. OR RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications Coordinate with medical team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Create and maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment Conduct pre- and post-operative education
