$56.95 Competitive Pay Packages Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit (W-2) Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust Referral Bonus Program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable state/federal/local laws Licensure/Certification and Travel/Other Reimbursements (when applicable) 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success throughout your time with VHS What You'll Do Provide critical care nursing for Neuro/Stroke patients , vascular surgery patients, and other complex ICU populations Monitor and manage unstable patients, including dysrhythmia interpretation and management Support advanced therapies such as continuous IV sedation and ICP monitoring Manage ventilator patients and participate in care for spinal drains/bolts and ICP monitoring Coordinate and deliver care involving CRRT management (when applicable) Maintain safe, high-quality care while meeting ICU staffing needs (including float coverage across ICU units) What You Need Required RN License (state requirements not provided) 2 years ICU/Neuro experience Epic experience
Certifications:
ACLS, NIH, CPI, BLS
Ability to work weekends (every other) Preferred CCRN About the Assignment You'll join an ICU team providing care for complex neurologic and vascular conditions, including Neuro/Stroke patients and multi-system critical care needs. The unit supports flexible weekly hour options (36, 36/48, or 48 hours) and day scheduling, with coverage across ICU areas as needed (no specific unit assignment).
