You must have an active Louisiana RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of recent inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience is required. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is essential. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong clinical assessment skills are necessary2. Recommended skills include teamwork, patient education, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting2.
