Desired Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum 1 year of recent MS/Med-Surg experience BLS certification (required) Strong communication and organization skills Ability to excel independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for adult medical-surgical populations Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols Collaborate with doctors and allied healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care Document accurately within EMR systems and maintain detailed patient records Provide support and education to patients and their families Adhere to infection control and safety procedures
