Schedule/Hours:
Variable/travel schedule based on facility needs.
Primary Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Proficient in nursing practices specific to medical-surgical (MS) patient care BLS certification (current and valid) At least 1 year of recent RN-MS experience preferred Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care, assessments, and evaluate outcomes in a medical-surgical setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure patient safety Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation
