Succeed:
Valid RN license in your state of employment or a valid compact license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) Experience caring for a wide range of patients, including perioperative and critical care cases Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts within the typical 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM schedule and adapt to changing needs Nice to
Have Skills:
Prior perioperative RN residency or recent experience in OR/perioperative settings Knowledge of advanced nursing protocols and patient education Strong assessment skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in PACU or related specialties
