LifePath Hospice LifePath Hospice is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and mission-driven healthcare leader to serve as our Hospice Executive Director / Administrator. This is an opportunity for an RN or Nurse Practitioner who believes hospice leadership should be grounded in compassion, integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to patients, families, and staff.   • Provide day-to-day operational leadership and oversight of the hospice agency
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, Louisiana licensing regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Support and supervise clinical, operational, and administrative staff
  • Foster a positive and supportive culture focused on teamwork and patient-centered care
  • Oversee staffing, workflow coordination, budgeting, and operational performance
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and continuity of services
  • Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with physicians, facilities, referral sources, vendors, patients, and families
  • Support ethical business practices and regulatory readiness
  • Serve as a liaison with the Governing Body and agency leadership Qualifications
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) strongly preferred
  • Hospice leadership or healthcare management experience
  • Working knowledge of hospice regulations, operations, and interdisciplinary care delivery
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams with professionalism, compassion, and accountability
  • Experience with hospice operations, compliance, staffing, and quality oversight preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and Louisiana hospice licensing standards strongly preferred
  • Ability to remain calm, decisive, and supportive in a fast-paced healthcare environment The Administrator position is responsible for overall operational management, staffing oversight, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and coordination of hospice services across the agency.
