ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Contract - Shreveport, LA Job Overview We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Shreveport, Louisiana . Pay Package Pay Rate:

Up to $55/hour

Weekly Gross:

Up to $2,000/week

Guaranteed Hours:

ASAP Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for critically ill adult patients Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products as ordered Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to emergent situations Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Manage critical care equipment and monitoring devices Participate in rapid response and emergency situations as needed Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care progression Requirements Active RN License Minimum 1 Year of Recent ICU Experience Required Previous Travel Experience Preferred BLS Certification ACLS Certification NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Strong Dysrhythmia Interpretation Skills Preferred Skills Critical Care Nursing Cardiac Monitoring Dysrhythmia Recognition Ventilator Management Emergency Response Medication Administration IV Therapy Critical Thinking and Clinical Decision-Making Multidisciplinary Collaboration Facility Highlights 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly Night Shift Schedule Collaborative Critical Care Environment Opportunity to work with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team Travel-friendly assignment with competitive compensation Why Apply This assignment offers ICU nurses the opportunity to expand their critical care experience while earning competitive weekly pay.
