Minimum 2 years PCU RN experience, cardiac or medical stepdown Pay & Benefits:
Competitive pay package ($50.25/hour) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification support when applicable What You'll Do Provide patient care on a Cardiac Stepdown or Medical Stepdown unit, managing complex cases like post-CABG, lung surgeries, sepsis, CVA, and other critical conditions Titrate cardiac, insulin, and vasopressor drips including medications like EKG, Cardene, Amiodarone, Dopamine, and more Manage invasive procedures such as central lines, chest tubes, and temporary pacemakers (preferred skills) Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members: CNAs, techs, RTs, and physicians Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, labs, and responses to treatments Follow hospital protocols using Meditech Expanse EMR system and IV pumps (Alaris), Pyxis medication dispensing Maintain a safe, patient-centered environment adhering to all compliance standards What You Need Required:
Active RN license in State BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
certifications Minimum 2 years of PCU or stepdown RN experience Ability to pass an EKG competency exam Experience managing cardiac and medical patient populations Preferred:
