Experience:

Minimum 2 years RN experience in acute care; Med/Surg experience required; pediatric or other specialty experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly pay rate of $48.24 Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting with a focus on urology post-operative patients and med/surg overflow. Monitor cardiac rhythms and support patients with telemetry needs, including wound management, JP drains, wound vacs, PICC line care, PCA pumps, and pain management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including hospitalists, RTs, PT/OT/ST, and support staff. Document patient care accurately using Meditech Expanse EMR system. Maintain patient safety, including med administration and cardiac stability. Float across various Med/Surg units as needed, adapting to different patient needs.

What You Need Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for state licensure

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

certifications 2+ years of RN experience in acute care settings, specifically med/surg and telemetry Ability to pass EKG competency exam Strong wound care and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills

Preferred:
