Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients across a wide range of medical-surgical conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert assessment, intervention, and education. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in acute care, critical care, and diverse clinical settings, demonstrating exceptional clinical judgment and compassionate patient-centered care.   • Registered nurse diploma. Preferred
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing. Experience Required
  • 2+ years Certifications Required
  • Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association Preferred
  • Certification in clinical specialty area.
KSAs Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications. Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Job Duties Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care. Assesses learning needs and implement teaching strategies appropriate for the diverse needs of the patient, family and other groups or disciplines. Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources (human and fiscal) properly and serves as a leader and partner on the Interdisciplinary Team. Uses data, information, and knowledge to evaluate and promote change in order to achieve optimal outcomes. Embraces concepts and behaviors that enhance customer satisfaction and employee morale and improvement in the profession of nursing. Performs other related duties as required.
