Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

Skills and Qualifications:
