Qualifications and Experience:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN (perioperative/OR) Current BLS certification (and ACLS preferred) Demonstrated expertise in scrubbing and circulating roles Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room with necessary surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure optimal procedural outcomes Monitor patient status and provide direct care before, during, and after surgery Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques throughout procedures Circulate and/or scrub as required to support the surgical team Adhere to established protocols, infection control, and safety standards Document all aspects of patient care accurately
