Program Nurse (RN) - Adult Day Health Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Opportunities in both
ACTON & ARLINGTON

Our Adult Day Health program is seeking compassionate and reliable nurses to join our interdisciplinary team. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions. Responsibilities include:
Medication administration and oversight Monitoring participant health status Coordination with providers, families, and care teams Documentation and care planning, annual MDS and monthly nursing assessments Responding to participant medical needs Supporting a safe and therapeutic program environment Qualifications Current Massachusetts RN license Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team Experience with older adults, behavioral health, dementia care, or community-based care preferred, but not required If you are looking for a nursing position where you can have balance, consistency, and meaningful connection with the people you serve, we would love to hear from you.
