The MDS Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating and completing MDS assessments, ensuring accurate clinical documentation, supporting care planning, and maximizing reimbursement. This role works closely with residents, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and compliant assessments. Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN license required MDS experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong understanding of MDS, care planning, and reimbursement processes Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations Excellent organizational and communication skills Direct hire opportunity - not an agency position

Compensation:
$102,000 - $108,000 per year (DOE) MDS salary increases are tied to census. Quality Measure Bonus Program with earning potential up to $7,500 annually.
