Join our skilled nursing team serving Ayer, Andover, and North Andover, Massachusetts as an RN PharmacyMedication Coordinator . In this full-time role, you'll work closely with physicians and pharmacy providers to coordinate medication management, therapeutic interchanges, and prior authorizations that support safe, efficient resident care. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and helping ensure residents receive appropriate medications while maintaining compliance with facility protocols.
