Qualifications:
Active RN license 1+ year of recent Operating Room nursing experience BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile field protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring all supplies and equipment are sterile and ready Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies as needed Document interventions and patient responses accurately
